The short version

Graded VHS is a market-data site. We publish public eBay sold results and run an email list. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not run advertising networks.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you type it into the signup form. We store it along with the date you signed up and the IP address the request came from, which is how we show a signup was genuine if a provider asks.
• Standard web request logs (IP, user agent, page requested), kept for security and abuse handling.

We never ask for payment details, addresses or phone numbers.

The email list

Signing up sends you a confirmation link — nothing is sent until you click it. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately. Email is delivered through Resend, who process it on our behalf.

Sale listings

Prices, titles, images and links shown on this site come from public, completed eBay listings. They are reported as market data. We are not the seller, we take no commission on them, and we are not affiliated with eBay or any grading company.

Deleting your data

Unsubscribing stops all email. If you also want your address erased from the database, email us at Graded VHS [email protected] and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top of this page.
